Robert N. Van Der Like,  Associate,The Cadmus Group Rob has worked in the field of energy management for over eight years, and currently works with school districts, colleges, and state agencies across the nation to help improve their energy management and sustainability programs. As a part of The Cadmus Group's green building practice, he has conducted LEED AP exam prep training courses, LEED for Existing Buildings project charrettes, LEED project certification reviews, and manages the USGBC's pilot project for LEED in Existing Schools. He has spent over thirty-three years in the building industry (managing design, procurement, construction, operation, and maintenance).
Evelyn Nash,  Associate, The Cadmus Group Evelyn has a background in environmental engineering in relation to commercial real estate, high rise residential, and construction facilities. With over 11 years experience in the day to day operations of these types of facilities, she currently works with school districts and commercial real estate across the United States to help improve energy performance and thus achieve sustainability. As a part of The Cadmus Group's green building practice, she is a LEED Certification reviewer and a trainer for LEED AP Exam Preparation. Evelyn has worked for several large and small scale real estate firms on the East Coast.
Rachel Gutter,  Education Sector Manager As Education Sector Manager, Rachel works to promote and facilitate the design, construction and operations of high performance, green schools and higher education facilities. She oversees USGBC's National Green Schools Campaign as well as the LEED for Schools Green Building Rating System, and works closely with colleges and universities to assist them in greening their own campuses. Rachel's recent experience in the fields of green building consulting and high performance educational design includes her work with the Green Building Program of Montgomery County Public Schools - one of the only school systems in the country to mandate green school construction.
