Speakers
Celia Hammond is a green building consultant with CTG Energetics, Inc. and has several years of experience with LEED and commissioning projects. She guides project teams through the LEED submittal and documentation process and has assisted with the development of sustainable programs for individual projects, local campuses and overall corporate practices for multiple facilities. She was on the LEED project teams for the Getty Center, The Adobe Projects and a variety of state facilities within Colorado, in addition to many others. She also serves as a reviewer of LEED project submittals for the USGBC.
Rick Pospisil  works for USAA Realty Company and is the Director of Facilities for the FBI Chicago Regional Office. He has extensive knowledge in building development, construction and operations. Rick was the GSA's construction manager for the FBI Chicago Office and was involved in the project from the beginning of its development. After completion of construction he was recruited to become the facility director by USAA Realty, the FBI, and the GSA. Rick and his team have submitted their building to the USGBC for a LEED for Existing Buildings: Operations & Maintenance Platinum certification and he's been an integral part of USAA Real Estate Company's participation in the LEED Portfolio Program Pilot.
