Prior to joining Kingsley Associates, Jim worked with KPMG Peat Marwick's audit and tax divisions, where he provided advisory services for leading international real estate investors. Jim is a member of Institutional Real Estate Inc.'s (IREI) editorial advisory board, as well as a contributing author. Jim received a BBA from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from The Haas School of Business, University of California at Berkeley. Jim holds the CPA designation. |
