Speakers     Marc Fischer is Senior Vice President and Director, Management Services at Transwestern Commercial Real Estate, where he supervises more than six million square feet of property management operations in the Maryland region. Fischer and his team specialize in failing property reinvestment, strengthening property management and maintenance programs, and increasing value for medium to long-term ownership.         Jim Woidat joined Kingsley Associates in 1995 and was named Principal in 1997. Jim oversees client engagements and operational strategy consulting. In addition, Jim spearheads several well-recognized industry research initiatives, including IREI’s annual Plan Sponsor Survey. Prior to joining Kingsley Associates, Jim worked with KPMG Peat Marwick's audit and tax divisions, where he provided advisory services for leading international real estate investors. Jim is a member of Institutional Real Estate Inc.'s (IREI) editorial advisory board, as well as a contributing author. Jim received a BBA from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from The Haas School of Business, University of California at Berkeley. Jim holds the CPA designation.
