Operating and Managing Mixed-Use Properties
On Demand
Presented by Buildings and BOMA International
Mixed-use properties are literally popping up on every urban corner and becoming hubs for “living, working and playing.” But, these specialized assets require special management and operational strategies. Participants will learn how to identify and respond to differing tenant needs and requirements; understand differences between office, retail and other types of leases common in mixed-use developments; manage contract services; and recognize special licensing requirements associated with these assets and their tenants.
