Patrick Freeman serves as the SVP and Regional Manager for Wells Real Estate Funds South portfolio of properties, working with a staff that manages over six million square feet of property from Atlanta to Houston. During more than 20 years in real estate, Pat has served as a Vice President of Property Management with Trammell Crow Company, where he managed a staff of 17. Previously, he was Senior Property Manager with Childress Klein Properties and a General Manager for Carter. He has experience with both owned and third-party managed assets.
