Apple Store Architecture Makes Customers Feel Good about Spending
Apple, which derives 20 percent of its revenues from its physical stores, uses detail and signature features in store designs. Not only do the stores feel like gathering places, but the bright lights and acoustics also create a buzz that makes customers feel more like they’re at an event than a retail store.
