EPA fugitive Albania Deleon was arrested in the Dominican Republic 19 months after fleeing her federal sentencing hearing. Deleon was wanted by the EPA for certifying individuals as having asbestos removal training when in fact, they had never taken the required coursework.

Walmart announced that it will be expanding renewable energy efforts through utilization of lighter, low cost thin film solar technology.  Walmart plans to add solar generating systems to 20 to 30 sites in California and Arizona.

The EPA is awarding 17 agreements to nonprofit organizations and a university totaling almost $2.4 million to improve indoor air quality across the nation. Statistically Americans spend approximately 90% of their time indoors, facing levels of air pollution two to five times higher than outdoors.
