TER Pan-Type Floor Doors by Bilco Company

These pan-type floor doors offer an aesthetically pleasing alternative to the standard diamond-plate covers frequently installed for emergency access. TER doors have a pan cover and can accept many types of flooring materials up to 1-inch thick, including terrazzo, ceramic tile, bluestone, textured concrete, or granite. TER covers are spring-balanced and have an automatic hold-open arm to lock the cover safely in the open position. The doors are made of aluminum and come in several standard single and double-leaf (TRD) models.
