WOODRIDGE, Ill. – Danze, Inc. recently sent a team of 30 cyclists to participate in the 22nd annual Denver Children’s Hospital Courage Classic. The Courage Classic is a 3-day, 200 mile bicycle tour through the Colorado Rocky Mountains to raise money for The Children’s Hospital. Team Danze raised more than $20,000 for the cause.

The members of “Team Danze” included Michael Werner, Keith Yurko, Jeff Pratt, Gary Cardono,  and Randy Bezon from Danze, Inc. as well as James Calvert from Mountainland Supply, Russ and Sharon Clark from Shea Homes, Dave Coffey from Adam Country Plumbing and Heating, Gary Curwin from VP Supply, Mike Fox from e-improvement, Jeff Heksh from Crawford Supply, Tom Gabriel from GdB Advertising, Clay McManus from Trautman & Shreve, Pete Pollard from Craftwork Plumbing, Ranson Roussel and Mollie Donohue from The Distribution Point, Brian Schiff from Wholesale Specialties, Scott Weaver from APR Supply, Tom Whitney from Marriott Hotels and friends.

“The course was both physically and mentally challenging. It wound through 200 miles of beautiful Rocky Mountain ski resorts and towns. Everyone loved the event, and our guests said that they will come back next year and bring their friends,” says Michael Werner, president and CEO of Danze, Inc. “Children’s Hospital is a major research institution that provides critical care to thousands of infants and children annually, and our support is consistent with our core value of being a positive force,” continued Werner.

The Children’s Hospital is a private, not-for-profit pediatric healthcare network. Their modern-day mission is to improve the health of children through the provision of high-quality, coordinated programs of patient care, education, research and advocacy.
