Raleigh, N.C.—IA Interior Architects (IA) is pleased to announce the opening of its Raleigh, NC office. Led by Sheri Ginett, NCIDQ, the new office is located at 119 E. Hargett Street, Suite 300, Raleigh, N.C.
“I have been calling on clients in the Carolinas for a number of years and have always considered the region critically and strategically important for IA. The new office allows us to better serve our clients not only in Raleigh but also in Charlotte. It complements our presence on the East Coast (joining IA’s Washington, DC, New York, Boston, and Atlanta offices) and enables us to work more broadly with clients,” says David Mourning, president and CEO.

Given the volume of work, we had the opportunity to bring someone of Sheri’s caliber on board, which presented a great opportunity to build an office around her. We are very excited about Raleigh and view it as a growing vibrant market where IA can provide expertise in Workplace Strategies and Design, serving industries that include financial services, technology, consumer products, and the professional services sectors,” noted David Bourke, managing principal, Eastern Region US.
As the former Director of Interiors for KlingStubbins’ Raleigh office, Ginett has developed extensive relationships in Charlotte and Raleigh and built a solid reputation for excellent project delivery over the past fifteen years. She joins IA’s firm-wide management team as a Managing Director and comments, “I am thrilled to lead the Raleigh office and very excited about extending IA’s presence in the region. With the firm’s single focus on interiors, IA’s strength and talent will be embraced by the Raleigh market.”
