Madison, WI - JT Packard has acquired the assets of Dallas, TX based Network International's Power Systems Division for an undisclosed amount. Network International's Power Systems Division has assets valued at approximately $8 million.
Peter Drumm, General Manager of JT Packard, stated: "This purchase not only expands our inventory of surplus equipment, it adds a new warehouse to our nationwide network and brings some great professional talent to the JT Packard team."
Those joining JT Packard include Dick Light, Juan Hernandez and Jeannie Warren. Light, a nationally-renowned power industry veteran with over 30 years of experience on large box UPS and diesel systems, will continue to maintain customer relationship with large national accounts, perform data center valuations for asset based lending and conduct valuations for asset liquidation. Hernandez will continue to manage the Dallas warehouse and Warren the Dallas office.
According to Drumm, "JT Packard now has even more to offer any business whose operation relies on back up power... including design/build, equipment selection/purchase, installation and ongoing maintenance throughout the system's life cycle."
