HUDSON, MASS. – AIS has attained level certification from Scientific Certification Systems (SCS) for Divi, Matrix, Mwall and Calibrate furniture lines. This sustainability milestone exemplifies AIS’s dedication to sustainable practices.
Created by the Business and Institutional Furniture Manufacturer’s Association (BIFMA), level is the only multi-attribute sustainability standard and third-party certification program for the furniture industry. It has been developed to deliver the most open and transparent means of evaluating and communicating the environmental and social impacts of furniture products in the built environment. The level certification mark identifies that a product has been evaluated by an independent third-party certifier. AIS selected SCS because it is recognized as the industry leader of quality certifications.
