The new extranet site features 24/7 order status, including the ability to track details about each individual shipment so partners know exactly when their products will arrive. Product/pricing information, such as list prices, model numbers and product descriptions can now be downloaded in Excel or PDF formats so users can get updated information on hundreds of Bretford products at any point throughout the entire sales process.
One of the most anticipated areas of the site is Bretford University, where participants can take part in online training modules on different Bretford product families. Bretford will offer initial courses focusing on conference room furniture, computer training tables and library solutions, and new training pieces will be added on regular basis.
