SAN DIEGO -- Ledcor Construction Inc. has completed the second phase of construction for Doctors Park, a new five-building medical/dental office campus located at the intersection of Otay Lakes Road and Lane Ave. in the master-planned community of EastLake in Chula Vista, CA.

Otay Lakes Partners, LP, retained Ledcor Construction to provide full construction services for the $4.6 million project, which consists of two single-story, 10,000-square-foot buildings and one two-story, 20,000-square-foot building. Dr. Michael Lenihan is the owner.
Situated on a corner lot with expansive views of the area, the buildings are composed of steel frames with stucco and stone tile exteriors. The stone tile has a "rock and roll" multicolored finish. Signed tenants include Scripps Health and LSC Orthopaedics.
Ledcor Construction also provided construction services for phase I at Doctors Park, which consisted of two buildings totaling 32,000 square feet.
Andy Kirby served as project manager for Ledcor Construction, with Paul Roe as project superintendent. Project consultants included RJC Architects Inc. as architect and landscape architect, Straightline Engineering as sitework contractor, Burkett & Wong as structural engineer, Partners Planning & Engineering Inc. as civil engineer, McParlane as mechanical engineer, and ILA Zammit as electrical engineer.
