Clayco Inc. is developing the 76,000-square-foot home office and branch facility in Richland, WA,for Gesa Credit Union, the largest financial cooperative in southeastern Washington.
The new four-story financial facility will be located in Benton County's city of Richland. The project is expected to be substantially completed within 14 months of groundbreaking.
Clayco is designing the new home office and branch with sustainable strategies to achieve certification in the U.S. Green Building Council's LEED® Green Building Rating System. This is the first credit union home office and branch facility in the state of Washington to be registered for LEED certification. Gesa Credit Union's new facility will include such green design and construction features as an underground storm water detention system and rapidly renewable products including cork flooring and bamboo millwork.
