The 10-foot wide membranes offer significant installation cost advantages: fewer rolls to handle and up to 35 percent fewer seams to weld. *
“Roofing contractors across the U.S. have been asking for Sarnafil to produce wider rolls and we’ve responded,” says Brian Whelan, Sarnafil’s vice president of sales and marketing. “The wider membrane will help roofing contractors improve rooftop efficiency.” The new 10-foot wide membranes are available for both mechanically attached and adhered applications.
Sarnafil’s EnergySmart Roof® membranes have a highly reflective, lacquer coated weathering surface that can reduce the amount of energy required to maintain comfort in an air-conditioned building by decreasing heat flow through the building envelope. All Sarnafil EnergySmart membranes meet the EPA’s ENERGY STAR® standards for white reflective roofing.
