Tishman Construction Corporation of Massachusetts Appoints New Director of Business Development

BOSTON, June 2002  James Koloski joins Tishman Construction Corporation of Massachusetts (TCCMA) as Director of Business Development, it was announced by TCCMA Senior Vice President Daniel McQuade. 

“James has an unparalleled 10-year track record of developing effective strategic plans and increasing corporate revenues.  He is a much welcomed addition to the Tishman team here in Boston,” said Daniel McQuade.

Mr. Koloski will manage TCCMA’s business development efforts, including the development of client relationships.  Additionally, he will be responsible for developing networking sources, delivering presentations, as well as conducting market research and competitive analysis.

Prior to joining Tishman, Mr. Koloski was the Director of Business Development for a national interior architecture and design firm. He was responsible for managing business opportunities in New England, engaging senior management in strategic planning, developing a lead tracking system and increasing his firm’s visibility in the local marketplace.  Mr. Koloski brings over 10 years of sales and marketing experience to TCCMA.

Mr. Koloski holds a Bachelor’s of Arts from Merrimack College.   He is currently a member of several trade associations including IIDA, IFMA, IDRC, BOMA, NAIOP, Boston Chamber of Commerce, and the Providence Chamber of Commerce.
