Engineering Building

The ground level of this 117,643-square-foot, multitenant building has 73,000 square feet of lab space; the second level contains 43,000 square feet of class A office space. One-third of its materials were made from post-consumer or pre-consumer recycled content. The building is certified LEED Core and Shell Gold.

Science Center

This 71,196-square-foot is a renovation and wraparound expansion of an existing center built in 1978. The building includes labs, a greenhouse, museum display areas and an auditorium. A double-pass air system mixes fresh air with exhaust air from non-labs spaces to ventilate the labs. More than 60 percent of materials in this LEED silver building were manufactured within 500 miles of the site.
