What Are Your Innovative Solutions to Your Facility's Problems?

Share your best hint, tip, or piece of advice to be included in the September issue of BUILDINGS

Innovative-Solutions

Once again, the BUILDINGS editorial team wants to know your innovative solutions for your facility’s problems.

We’re compiling a list of the best pointers and suggestions for our readers and we want to make sure your ideas are included. Get your name and company recognized by your peers just like submitters did in last year’s article, Shop Talk: 31 Expense-Slashing Solutions (www.buildings.com/Awards/ArticleDetails/tabid/3406/ArticleID/10482/Default.aspx).

What’s your best hint, innovative tip, or piece of advice?

Have you recently implemented a composting program or relamping plan? Did you discover an easy way to reduce energy or water costs? What innovative ways are you using to make your building more sustainable? Do you have a unique maintenance routine that makes your job easier?

Tell us in your own words what you’re doing, how you’re doing it, and how much time, money, etc. you’re saving. Email a paragraph – roughly 100 words or less – to kylie.wroblaski@buildings.com with your best practices and ideas. We may feature what you’re doing in our September 2011 issue.
