Mobilex SmartTrack for High-Density Electrical Mobile System

Montel introduces its SmartTrack which puts the power wiring in the floor track to eliminate unsightly, gawky, scissor-arms dangling between mobile units. 16.6% more space is recovered by adding a 7th shelf with the SmartShelf 4-Post shelving system, versus scissor arms pantographs conventional systems. In addition, you get the freedom to create aisles of various widths.

The SmartTrack provides a significant gain of space thus increasing storage capacity since there are no scissor arms. You also get the freedom to create aisles of various widths.

The SmartTrack is treated against oxidation thus designed to use in a corrosive concrete environment eliminating maintenance or tracks replacement. 

All Montel products, 100% fully recyclable, are manufactured to meet and exceed environmental standards and provide a long useful life. Montel uses powder coat paint which is durable and non-off gassing. Montel uses low V.O.C. (Volatile Organic Compound) paints to reduce air pollution thus releasing negligible and the lowest emissions of V.O.C. as possible. The waste from our coating operation is recyclable and collected for treatment according to government and states regulations.

The SmartTrack eliminates the need of scissor arms thus obviously enhancing significantly the overall aesthetics of the system. There are no unsightly bolts, screws, rivets or exposed holes since the system is mechanically assembled. A selection of 11 standard colors and wood front panels are available. The shelving could also be painted in any desired color to march existing environment.
