CCN Intl Inc

Geneva, NY, December 6, 2001 - CCN International announced today it has established a working alliance with VIDA, of Brisbane, California. Each company has a bountiful heritage in the Wood Contract Furniture Industry; each will capitalize on the strengths of the other. Together, they have almost sixty years of experience in the Wood Industry.

CCN & VIDA will share manufacturing and marketing expertise and capabilities to enable each to better address their client's requirements, particularly with regard to facilitation of manufacturing on a geographically sensitive basis.

The alliance is a natural evolution that developed from sharing the same basic business philosophies. Both companies provide exceptionally well-designed products that address the needs of architects, designers and their clients, and are willing to modify these products to meet the functional and aesthetic solutions of today's business environments.

CCN International maintains a network of sales representatives and dealer distribution channels throughout North America. CCN is a familiar name in the Wood Contract Furniture Industry and has received numerous awards for its product designs. The extensive product collections incorporate practical technology requirements, without sacrificing design quality.

VIDA provides environmentally friendly products and processes, and specializes in veneers from certified sustainable forestry sources. In a multibillion-dollar industry, VIDA's Aura collection is the first office furniture product line to qualify for Forest Stewardship Council Certification.

VIDA was one of the first suppliers of certified veneer and lumber in the world and has been an active participant in the education of the architect and design community about the importance of sustainable forestry and the use of certified wood products.

Dick Conoyer, CCN International's President, said, " We are looking forward to the working alliance we have established with VIDA. Lewis Buchner, VIDA's President, is definitely a leader in the business of Forest Stewardship Council Certification. Forest certification is rapidly evolving and we are fortunate to have Lewis as a resource."

Lewis Buchner responds, "We will continue to be driven by
intelligent design for life. We, at VIDA, are excited about the marketing distribution channels CCN has established. Future business opportunities are infinite."
