Smart Technology. In each residence, smart technology is available for lighting and window treatment control systems to enhance interior design.

Advanced Security. Resident safety, privacy, and security are of the utmost importance to EPIC Residences, which provides around-the-clock video surveillance and digital recording of all building entry points and a state-of-the-art security system with key pad entry at the door to ensure that only residents and their guests are allowed inside.

Monitored Accelerated Passenger Elevators. Quiet and smooth, these gearless elevators travel at velocities of 1,000 feet per minute and utilize a computerized security key system, bringing residents directly to their floor.
