Electric Heating Snow-Melting Mats

Electric Heating Snow-Melting Mats liquefy snow on contact to provide a safer work environment. The mats provide an environmentally friendly alternative to calcium chloride, which can damage concrete and vegetation.

Designed for walkways and stairs and made of natural rubber, the portable mats lie on top of existing outdoor surfaces and may be left outside for the entire winter season. At 40 watts per square foot, they melt snow at a rate of 2 inches per hour in temperatures as low as 0 degrees F.
