CT100 programmable thermostat

The CT100 programmable thermostat delivers tamper-proof temperature regulation to rental properties. This inexpensive thermostat has a maximum heat limit of 72 degrees F. and minimum air conditioning of 75 degrees F., preventing excessive energy consumption by renters. The preset ENERGY STAR guidelines can result in a 32-percent reduction in utility cost and decrease stress on HVAC systems.
