Polaris Destination Control System

KONE’s Polaris Destination Control System uses artificial intelligence to improve system performance, leading to shorter wait times and fewer intermediate stops. This technology helps direct the flow of traffic, creating organized lobbies and less crowded elevator cars.

The technology learns and forecasts traffic flows and switches optimization routines accordingly, increasing the handling capacity of an elevator group during heavy or peak traffic. It is available for upgrades and new construction.
