PORT technology

Schindler Elevator’s Personal Occupant Requirement Terminal (PORT) technology brings the concept of customizable “apps” to your building. Each PORT integrates seamlessly with any elevator system. Each PORT features a proximity sensor that operates in low-energy mode when not in use, and an ambient light sensor that determines the brightness level for the illuminated screen.
