Joe Markling is the managing director and head of real estate operations for USAA Real Estate. He leads a team at USAA that is responsible for providing property management operational support for the office, industrial, retail and multi-family properties nationwide owned by USAA Real Estate. Mr. Markling is the Past Chair and CEO of BOMA International and is a BOMA Fellow.
Director of Healthcare Design
A licensed architect with 25 years of experience, Jenny oversees Skender’s modular architecture and design for healthcare projects. In her role as director of healthcare design, she manages day-to-day design administration, including staffing, budgeting and planning.
Previously, Jenny led on-site design teams for capital projects at Rush University Medical Center, where she supervised program management and design for a wide variety of campus- wide initiatives. She also consulted with Rush to provide a rapid response during the 2014-16 Ebola outbreak and to create a Biosafety Level 3 laboratory.

Cameron leads a global team managing service delivery to more than 500 clients through digitally enabled processes that leverage JLL's global scale and specialist talent to optimize the performance of dedicated account teams and variable resources. The team's capabilities include facilities management, experience services, engineering and maintenance services, and energy and sustainability services.
Cameron has more than 20 years of experience in facility management outsourcing and real estate services, working with clients and service teams across a diverse portfolio.

A LEED AP certified professional, Brenda also holds certifications from the American Institute of Architects, the American College of Healthcare Architects, and the Economic Developers Association of Canada.
