He also maintains and monitors a project’s quality through peer review, quality assurance/quality control checks, schedule management, pricing negotiations and construction phase administration.
Over the last decade, Keith has led projects in the commercial office, retail, residential and healthcare markets. He also has experience in laboratory and R&D facilities, and specializes in campus and hospital facilities. Keith’s comprehensive technical knowledge and experience has given him an understanding of energy efficient designs from the micro to macro scale.
