The way we manage buildings is likely to be different even after the COVID-19 pandemic is under control.

This course will examine strategies for keeping buildings clean and healthy now and in the future, including whole-building disinfection strategies and ideas for encouraging hygienic practices.

Bill is also a trainer and instructor associate with the Cleaning Industry Research Institute and has presented at CIRI Symposiums.

Patrick Okamura

Patrick Okamura is the Facility Manager for the BAE Systems Phoenix Campus. In this role, Patrick manages the sites Operations & Maintenance, Project Management, Occupant Services, and Facilities Administration in support of the sites operations’ and business needs. Patrick also facilitates the sites Crisis Management Plan, collaborates with the site SHE and Operations teams. Patrick holds several certifications from the International Facility Management Association, US Green Building Council and the National Registry for Environmental Professionals. Patrick chairs the Operations, Maintenance, Health and Safety Community and a Fellow for the International Facility Management Association.
