David Callan
Director, Technical Operations Group, Environmental Systems Design


David's experience includes the design and analysis of building systems and energy saving measures for new and existing buildings worldwide, as well as researching and developing analysis techniques for new building technologies. As the Director for the Technical Operations Group, he is responsible for the overall management of the technical staff in the design of high performance project types including: LEED certified commercial and institutional buildings, federal buildings, sustainable healthcare facilities, green critical facilities and data centers, and zero energy buildings. He serves as a GSA Design Excellence National Peer and also authored GSA’s Facilities Standards PBS P100 Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Chapters for the 2005 edition. Additionally, his work has been honored with the ASHRAE Excellence in Engineering Award.
