Scott has over 30 years of experience in engineering and project management, and is an acknowledged authority in high rise design and energy optimization in large commercial buildings. His experience includes many complex commercial, high-rise, adaptive reuse, education and healthcare facilities. In his role as Executive Vice President, Scott oversees the project management staff and is actively involved in the engineering for all his projects.


As a LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP), Scott is extremely knowledgeable in the application of energy saving, cost-effective engineering concepts for new and existing buildings. Scott has a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh and is a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in multiple states.
