When relocating from a nine-story building to a space with only two floors, Iron Mountain wanted the new headquarters to support a mobile workforce initiative as well as increase collaboration, productivity, and wellness. The café, located on the second floor with the training area, complements a mix of conference rooms, huddle spaces, and workstations on the upper level. Unlike the previous space, the cafeteria is used all day long for formal and informal gatherings, not just for lunch. Iron Mountain also worked with its food service vendor to implement a new healthy approach to the menu.
