San Jose, CA (March 6, 2003) The new, revolutionary FlexISO XT (Extra Tough) composite card is Indala’s most durable and long lasting technology card. FlexISO XT integrates Indala’s breakthrough FlexSecurproximity technology within a card body designed to withstand extreme applications.

Indala’s unique composite formulation enhances the structural integrity of the card, providing additional protection to the core electronics. The FlexISO XT is particularly effective in applications that require magnetic stripe and/or barcode transactions, and is ideal for use in high wear-and-tear environments, such as industrial and university settings.

"The FlexISO XT represents an intensive effort to develop an industrial grade, imageable, ISO-thin credential," said Marc Freundlich, president of Indala. "This card has been designed to endure high use applications previously reserved for thick, non-imageable cards."

FlexISO XT works with all Indala FlexPass readers, allowing any number of cards to be easily re-issued as necessary. The card comes with a lifetime warranty, and can be factory programmed and shipped in five business days. FlexISO XT is also eligible for Indala’s FlexPass Express program, which guarantees shipment in as little as 48 hours from order acknowledgment.

Indala’s high-quality line of FlexPass® readers combines intelligent programming technology with interchangeable components, including uniform modules and a range of stylish cover designs.
