Clayton Callander

Clayton Callander is President and Co-Founder of FTL. A Naval Academy graduate and former nuclear submarine officer, he earned his MBA from Harvard Business School. His experience leading a national HVAC company led him to found FTL to bridge the gap between enterprise building management and the practical needs of facilities management teams.
