TYTAN Coat & Seal Duct Sealant is a no-shrink hybrid formula that can be applied on wet surfaces, even for emergency repairs in standing water or extreme weather situations. Its permanent flexibility can withstand normal building shifts, vibrations, or settling materials.
The sealant is UV resistant and paintable with anti-mildew properties. It has a minimal odor, low VOCs, and no isocyanates, a chemical of concern.
