Seeking Stories: What’s Your Strangest Occupant Complaint or Request

July 20, 2018

What’s your strangest occupant complaint or request? We are looking for reader responses for an upcoming article.

We are looking to include real reader stories as part of an upcoming article.

We want to hear from you: What’s your strangest occupant complaint or request?

Tell us what it was, what made it so surprising or strange and how you responded.

Maybe you’ve been asked if the building is cat friendly. Perhaps, you had an occupant who wanted to park on the sidewalk. Or a tenant has wondered how to open a high-rise window that doesn’t have that capability.

Has anyone wanted to reconfigure a space in a way that isn’t possible? Such as host a rooftop party on a roof that isn’t built for large groups of people to be on?

Let us know, and compare your requests to those submitted from other BUILDINGS readers!

Stories can be as long or short as you like, and you don’t have to include identifying information.

You can even add an image about your tale if it makes sense.

Submit your story now! We look forward to hearing from you.
