TEMP-COOL® cools quietly at office-acceptable sound levels without significantly adding to background noise as well as fits smoothly through a standard 36-inch wide door found in most commercial settings. The unit’s LED programmable digital display is easy to read and makes temperature adjustments as simple as possible. The TC-18B is designed to withstand rugged environments thus is constructed of powder-coated steel. Another bonus is that this unit can not only be used as a portable air conditioning unit but also as a mobile dehumidifier! The TC-18B has a cooling capacity of 17,300 BTU/hr and runs off a 115 volt, 1 phase, 60 hertz, 15 amp power supply. TEMP-COOL's TC-18B model provides a reliable cooling solution during permanent air conditioning system failure, as supplemental a/c, and anywhere else temporary spot cooling is needed.
