The Energy Recovery Filter System captures waste heat from cooking appliances and uses it to preheat incoming water instead of exhausting it through the kitchen hood.
This saves energy on water heating, lowering energy costs. The water flowing through the filters also lowers the hood temperature, which condenses more grease from the air.
