Extended Stay Hotel

To create an adaptable design, the project scope called for design development through nonspecific construction and purchasing documents. The exterior of the structure is rendered in a palette of weathered stone, horizontal vinyl siding and simulated stucco (EIFS) with bronzed anodized, multi-paned windows. The interior consists of studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom units. Floor-to-ceiling windows provide plentiful daylight in the lobby, which also has a stone fireplace. Amenities include a fitness center, outdoor pool and on-site convenience store.

Suite Hotel

The 10-story, 245-suite facility is built with a steel frame and steel deck with EPDM roof. The vertical skin consists of precast concrete, metal panels and EIFS columns. The mechanical system consists of two-pipe fan coil units with chilled water cooling and electric heating. A hydraulic service elevator, electric geared shuttle car and three passenger elevators serve the building. The facility has surface parking as well as underground parking for 130 vehicles. Amenities include an indoor pool, two-story lobby and first-floor restaurant. The 2-acre site is fully landscaped.
