Lightstep Intelligent Evacuation Technology by Lightstep Technologies

Aug. 1, 2011
Path-finding illuminated evacuation system.

Lightstep provides escape routes that are automatically illuminated and rerouted as necessary depending on the type of emergency and location of the threat.

Not only is the safe escape route illuminated in green, the unsafe routes are clearly crossed out with a red “X” so that occupants of the building can be evacuated more quickly without mistakes that cause injuries and cost lives. The lights remain visible in smoke-filled environments.

The LED system includes directional floor and wall mounted low level icons, door illumination, and exit confirmation system.
