With an initial solar reflectance of at least 25%, MetalWorks Cool Color shingles meet ENERGY STAR requirements.

The shingles, offered in a variety of colors for a cool roof, also have a maintenance solar reflectance of at least 15% after 3 years. This high solar reflectance keeps buildings cooler and may help lower energy costs.

The shingles are listed for UL Class A fire resistance and Class 4 impact resistance. MetalWorks offerings include lines recreating the looks of tile, natural slate, and wood.
