This Web-based tool helps users measure, track, and report their sustainability efforts, improve their performance, and lower their operating costs. The tool is built around the requirements of the Global Reporting Initiative and LEED-EBOM requirements. It analyzes things like:

  • Energy, fuel, and electricity use.
  • Greenhouse gas emissions.
  • Water Use.
  • Waste and recycling.
  • Transportation (delivery trucks, service vehicles, forklifts, etc.).
  • Office supplies and products consumed internally.
  • Cleaning products.

The tool makes it easy for users to identify current trends, compare them to the previous year, and monitor how well sustainability and financial target goals are being met. It will officially be launched on November 10, 2010.
