One of the largest privately held real estate development, investment, and management companies in the world, Hines has a history of setting standards for the highest level of quality and professionalism. According to its Houston office, Hines is involved in 152 office buildings, totaling 70.4 million square feet; four shopping centers, totaling 1.53 million square feet; three multi-family housing complexes (425 units), totaling 821,000 square feet; and eight industrial buildings, totaling 2.25 million square feet. In 2002, Hines plans to complete 4.5 million square feet of new construction and 1 million square feet of modernization.
[Editors' Note: Innovative, risk-takers - but tempered with extensive research, experience, and strategic vision - Hines has had its hands in some of the most stunning buildings and premier corporate headquarters to grace America's skylines. It is also one of the first major building managers to launch full-function Web-based property management and leasing systems for access by its tenants.]
