Carl Barnard, director of control solutions at LG Air Conditioning Technologies, U.S.

Carl Barnard serves as director of controls sales at LG Air Conditioning Technologies, a division of LG Electronics USA. In this role, he oversees the expansion of LG’s industry-recognized and award-winning controls platforms.

Barnard has more than 30 years of experience in a multitude of roles ranging from controls engineering and applications to project management, regional sales management and sales leadership. Prior to joining LG, he was vice president of sales and marketing at Energy Metrics, a division of Aligned Energy, where he was responsible for business development and strategy with a focus on IoT. Previous experience includes key positions with Distech Controls, Automated Logic and American Auto-Matrix. Barnard attended Brunel University in London.
