Essex iRox and iRox Plus are touchless RFID smart card readers with a low profile and vandal- and ligature-resistant design. Supports HID Mobile Access and has a read range of up to 3 inches. Audiovisual indication occurs when a credential is presented to the reader; audio and visual feedback can also be host controlled.
Stainless steel construction and a choice of stainless steel or matte black finish; a custom logo can be added to the lens or faceplate. Both models are all weather IP66 rated.
