Axxess Control by EPAX Systems is a user-programmable keypad system that eliminates the need for traditional keyed power/control on/off switches while enhancing security and ease of use for waste-handling operations. Axxess Control integrates with horizontal and vertical balers, stationary compactors, and self-contained compactors and restricts machine access to authorized personnel only, without the hassle of keeping track of a single key, managing multiple keys, or replacing locks when keys are lost.

Users can turn equipment on or off with a four-digit PIN, and facility managers can add or remove user codes in seconds to simplify personnel changes and maintain operational security. Up to 480 unique codes are supported. Axxess Control can also be configured to eliminate the start button entirely and start equipment as soon as the authorized code is entered. The system has a NEMA-rated weatherproof design suitable for temperatures from -22 to 135 degrees F.
