The most efficient boiler brands
Westinghouse, HTP, Energy Kinetics andVelocity Boiler Works top the list of ENERGY STAR's list of most efficient boilers. Out of a highest possible score of 100 in its Efficiency (AFUE) category which measures the amount of fuel converted to space heat in proportion to the amount of fuel entering the boiler, the Westinghouse WBR**055W recieved a score of 97, as did HTP EFT-55 and Energy Kinetics Accel CS EK1C. Following just behind was the Velocity Boiler Works Rapter model with a score of 96.
All of these brands and more are designated by ENERGY STAR to be at the top of the industry in efficiency.
