These heavy-duty low-flow spray valves use just 0.65 gallons of water per minute, yet still clean as quickly as a valve meeting the federal limit of 1.6 gallons per minute, according to the industry standard tomato paste test. They use 60% less water than EPAct-compliant valves when they are operated at 60 psi. The valves' ergonomic design improves user efficiency by reducing fatigue. Both valves are AB1953 and ANSI/NSF Standard 61 compliant and are endorsed by the Green Restaurant Association.
