Electronic Flush Actuators by Geberit North America

June 2, 2011

Geberit's electronic actuator automatically flushes the toilet or urinal when its infrared beam detects the user has stepped away. The device can accommodate settings of 0.8 or 1.6 gallons per flush and can also conduct automated flushing at 24-hour intervals, which avoids water stagnation in the toilet and pipes. The actuator's adjustable trap-filling function prevents the trap from being siphoned empty, which can cause odor problems. Electronic flush actuators can be paired with in-wall carrier systems for wall-hung toilets or urinals.
