Now featuring an Air Curtain option, these doors are engineered for safety and durability.

The Overhead Door Brand’s 991 RapidFlex commercial doors now feature an Air Curtain option tailored for cooler applications in the food and beverage industry. The Air Curtain minimizes the amount of cool air that can slip out when doors open and close, enhancing operational efficiency and facility cleanliness. It helps prevent contaminants from infiltrating the opening and effectively dries condensation that may form on the curtain during operation cycles.

The 991 RapidFlex door also features FDA-compliant fabric in blue or white that meets the standards for direct food contact materials, optional LED lights to enhance visibility and safety, a gearbox heater that turns off when temperatures rise above 55 degrees F., and stainless steel components designed for durability in high humidity or washdown applications.
